Set & Prop Rental Policies

A Policy Agreement must be signed before an appointment can be made. Appointments must be scheduled at least one week in advance.

PRICING

Our prices are weekly. Prices for props can be found here. Prices for show specific props and sets can be found on their individual pages.

PAYMENT 

We accept payment in the form of check or credit card. We require a credit card to be kept on file for any damage, loss, or late fees.

Full payment is due at time of pick up. 

A late fee in the amount of 10% of the total rental will be charged to the card on file for each day items are late. Fees for missing or damaged items will be determined by Desired Effect.
